Important:  orders that have already entered the preparation process for shipment cannot be modified or canceled.

In case of error, you have a period of 72 hours from the receipt of the order to make the pertinent claims, by sending an email to [email protected]

Once this period has expired, we will understand that the receipt of the merchandise has been satisfactory.

You can process the return within a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order, by sending an email to [email protected] or, if you prefer, by completing the withdrawal form that we attach to [email protected] and sending it to us by mail postal or electronic. In 24 hours you will receive all the instructions to make it effective. This is the most practical system.

Remember that you have to accompany your order with a copy of the purchase delivery note, or simplified invoice.

In the case of international shipments, the order tracking number (“tracking number”) assigned by the transport company must also be indicated.

We will not respond to returns of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly (such as oils, cosmetics, food products, etc.).

We will not attend returns of goods and / or sealed products (such as vaporizers, fertilizers, etc.).

We will not respond to returns of goods that may be mixed with other products (such as osmosis filters).

Second claims will not be accepted.
